We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Customer Service Representative to support our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, process orders, maintain customer records, and assist with invoicing and administrative tasks. Experience with QuickBooks is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a professional and timely manner.
• Process customer orders, quotes, and returns accurately.
• Enter and maintain customer information, orders, and records in company systems.
• Generate invoices, process payments, and assist with accounts receivable using QuickBooks.
• Coordinate with production, shipping, and warehouse teams regarding order status and delivery schedules.
• Resolve customer concerns and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare reports, maintain filing systems, and perform general administrative duties.
• Assist with inventory inquiries and product information requests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service or administrative experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks required.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience processing purchase orders and invoices.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, distribution, or industrial products.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
